4Culture and the King County Wastewater Treatment Division are seeking an artist to create an exterior sculpture for Bellevue Pump Station Upgrade. The selected artist will work with 4Culture and the project team to research and develop a site-specific sculpture for the southeast corner of the project site.

The existing pump station is located on a corner, in a suburban, residential, neighborhood. Competitive applicants will have portfolio examples of permanently-sited exterior sculpture. Open to professional artists living in California, Oregon, and Washington States and British Columbia, Canada. Project Budget: $75,000.
