THE VARGA Gallery in Woodstock, New York is VERY EXCITED to announce this opportunity:
VARGA Gallery is in the position to offer 3 artists living and studio space
with courtyard and sculpture garden access in a 3 bedroom, 2 floor apartment
adjacent to the VARGA Gallery. Rent - which includes water and electricity
-is $600 dollars per month. Digital TV available at an additional fee
which can be arranged among the three Artists. Available January.
Must
provide 3 personal & professional references, demonstrate stable ability
to pay rent on time due the 1st of every month and be willing to live in a
working, creative environment with other artists. Move in cost is one
month's rent and one month's security with 1/2 the security on move in and
1/2 the security payable 2nd month. No Pets, no couples. Smoking permitted
outside. Features include outdoor courtyard, hardwood floors, storage
space, parking lot, skylights, exhibition space in the gallery as well as
the residence, and access to VARGA Gallery's kiln, workshops, and studio
classes. Beautiful, sunny home, convenient to all Woodstock nightlife. Be
a part of historic WOODSTOCK - the Colony of the Arts!
Residence is within walking distance to Comeau Property, Woodstock
Village, shopping district, grocery, Library, Laundromat and right next door
to the Tinker Street Cinema.
