These aleatoric methods, used by artists ranging from the ancient Chinese to Picasso and Pollock, combined with modern photographic and digital technology, have shown the artist an exciting new way to look at the world. October 6-11, 2007. J. Coleman Miller is a lifelong artist and musician from Houston, Texas, whose work is being shown throughout the United States and in Europe. This collection of “Aleatoric Photographic Abstracts” was inspired by seldom used methods that date back thousands of years.
