Mayer has been a Premiere Portfolio Artist at absolutearts.com since 2007.

Distinguished artist George Hallmark will award one painting the coveted Best of Show, an award of $8,000. Total cash awards will be approximately $25,000. For collectors, the exhibit offers a great opportunity to buy pieces from up and coming artists as well as established and respected Masters Artists. Prices for paintings range from $375 to $55,000.

Salon International 2008 is a project of the International Museum of Contemporary Masters of Fine Art, a museum dedicated to providing a wide range of avenues of recognition for contemporary artists who are pursuing a path of artistic skill and excellence in the area of traditional representational art. The museum provides the award money, while the exhibit is juried by Greenhouse Gallery, one of America’s most respected fine art galleries, representing more than 30 nationally and internationally recognized artists. The museum was founded in 2001 by the owners of Greenhouse Gallery, Jim Janes and Mark Smith, to be a support system for traditional, representational artists and the retail galleries that represent them. The museum has been awarded 501c3 non-profit status.
