In La Barra, where the Trench Gallery was previous located, the same director, Monica Trench, opened the Chelsea Gallery on January 2. 2009 . The name was taken from the gallery that the exclusive artist, Daniel Bottero, has in New York, where he has lived for the past 20 years. Daniel Bottero will take up residence and be painting a new and colorful series inspired by Punta del Este on the second floor of Chelsea during the coming season.
