One Night, Two Performances

Jeff Zimmerman and The Burnt Asphalt Family

Saturday, November 21, 2009

6-7 PM VIP Cocktail Reception
7-9 PM Performances

“Bubbles” brings the viewer into an audio and visual bubble spectacle where
light interacts with layers upon layers of bubbles and bubble-making.

“TV Dinner” Inspired by the era when the family meal was an important aspect
of home life and keeping up appearances of the perfect family was paramount,
the Burnt Asphalt Family creates a well-orchestrated performance that investigates gender roles, family characters and glass making. Glass sculptures are the background for artists using molten glass to create bowls, vessels, and plates to cook the food which will be served to the audience.

and commemorative artifact
V.I.P. $100 - VIP seating, cocktail reception and tasting from “TV Dinner”
