Travel Journaling Workshop on a Barge in Burgundy, France
For his seventeenth year conducting painting workshops in Europe, plein air artist James Wisnowski will conduct a special, illustrated travel journal workshop on a hotel barge cruising on one of the most  beautiful canals in France , Canal du Bourgogne in Burgundy. This workshop will then continue in Paris where students will paint one day on sites made famous by french impressionists. We then travel to Monet's garden in Giverny to paint his water lilies and flower garden. Dates of this workshop are October 3-12, 2010. The cost of this 10-day workshop is $4082 (double occupancy). Price includes two meals per day while on barge, Monet's Garden entrance fee, all ground travel during workshop, and 5-8 hours/day painting instruction designed for all levels.
