American-Scandinavian Foundation (ASF) and The Swedish Institute, I am pleased
to invite you to the opening night fashion symposium and party on Tuesday, 4.May for Eco Chic - Towards Sustainable
Swedish Fashion, which opens to the public on Wednesday, 5.May at
Scandinavia House: The Nordic Center in America.
It is a great pleasure for us at
ASF to collaborate with The Swedish Institute to present this exhibition at our
headquarters, Scandinavia House. Included in the exhibition is the work of
Swedish designers Righteous
Fashion, Nudie Jeans
Co., Anja
Hynynen, Camilla
Norrback, Pia
Anjou, Johanna
Hofring, Reflective
Circle, Julian Red,
Bergman's, Zion, and Swedish Hasbeens - designers who aspire to
create a culture of principled design and production, while illustrating that
ecological fashion is synonymous with high fashion.
I sincerely hope you will attend
