Visual Arts Alliance in Houston, Texas, opens their 27th Juried Exhibition on April 29, 2010. The juror for the exhibition is Keith Carter who was the 2009 Texas Medal of Arts recipient. His work is included collections at the National Portrait Gallery, The Art Institute of Chicago and The Smithsonian American Art Museum.
