Presents:
Felice Sharp
"Acropolis" -Felice Sharp
We are pleased to welcome Atlanta-based
artist Felice Sharp to Pryor Fine Art. This will be Sharp`s first
exhibition with Pryor Fine Art and it is one not to be missed. Well
known for her figurative work that has included unexpected
materials such as coffee, Sharp has created a new series of
landscapes and figures on plexiglass and other surfaces. Says Sharp,
"These are challenging times. A slower, more reflective pace has replaced the fasttrack of the last 10 years."

"Poppies" -Felice Sharp
She describes the new work as taking traditional subject matter
and transforming it to a contemporary vision. "My new work compares
the light sources in master paintings created by intense study of
sunlight and reflection with light in contemporary work that is
manipulated so effectively by halogen and digital enhancements. I am
seeking to create a bridge to follow the light into the future."
Her contemporary study of light includes double-sided multiple-surface pieces that are bound together to generate compound
layers of paint and dimension. This show will include new works by
Sharp. To see more works by this artist click

Introducing
Madeline Denaro
"Things Gradually Become More
Complicated" -Madeline Denaro
Pryor Fine Art is pleased to introduce
artist Madeline Denaro. Denaro lives and works in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida. Her expressive abstract works have been shown in New York,
Dallas, Fort Lauderdale and Michelstadt, Germany. For this artist,
process rules all. She works intuitively, letting each painting take
her on a journey of exploration and exhiliration. We find her
colors inspiring and interesting. To see more works by this artist click

"Sunday Morning" - Madeline Denaro
"There is an openness that is needed
for this direct experience, this self imposed repetitive process of
adding and subtracting, as I build, destroy, erase, paint over. There is
a definite chaos through which each work evolves and itseems to
return repeatedly to its beginning. But with each return, there are
the markings, the scars of the previous. I have a relationship to
these subtleties, these sensitivities, keeping some, hiding some...
knowing full well all that has been before." - Madeline Denaro __________________________________________________
And, presenting new works by
Andre Petterson
"Bianco Rain" -Andre Petterson
Andre Petterson is an artist in every
sense. He has worked with materials such as wood, fibreglass,
metal, and plastic just to name a few. When he decided to begin incorporating photography into his mixed media work, he immersed himself
completely- allowing himself to fully learn and and perfect a
photography style that would suit his painting needs. Andre is also
a musician. He admits that often his musical talents influence his
paintings and visa versa. Living and working in Vancouver, BC, this body
of work will feature several new pieces from the artist`s studio.
Employing a range of subjects (horses, typewriters, and sewing
machines), Petterson attempts to capture the essence of a split
second in time in each of the new paintings. There is a starkness
and a beauty to this new body of work that must be seen in person. To see more works by this artist .
