Antropía, ó un cambio
en la relación del
Hombre con su habitat
La desforestación del planeta contabiliza como arrasados un
tercio de los bosques existentes desde el tiempo en que nuestra especie
ingresaba al período histórico. Una de las alteraciones más importantes de la
superficie del planeta, concretada en un lapso que, a escala de universo, es
apenas un instante.
Solamente en nuestro país, Argentina, durante en los últimos cuatro
años más de un millón de hectáreas de bosques se han perdido. La tala
indiscriminada y los incendios forestales intencionales están aniquilando
nuestro Patrimonio Natural.
En ese marco, esta serie de obras, pretende dar cuenta de distintos
bosques de nuestro territorio argentino como testigos de lo que aún subsiste de
vegetación autóctona o está en vías de desaparecer. Pretende acusar el cambio en
algo que aparenta inmutable.
En lo orgánico, cada nacimiento, cada ciclo que se inicia, nos
promueve a tomar conciencia de que
debemos hacernos cargo de nuestro planeta, aún desde el Arte y que
esto puede significar un cambio vital para las generaciones que nos
sucedan.

or a change in the relationship
between man and his
habitat
Since the
time the human being entered the historic age, deforestation has eliminated one third of the existing forests on our planet. One of the most important
alterations of the Earth`s surface was completed in a period of time which seems
only a brief moment on a universal scale.
During the last four years, only in our country, Argentina, we
have lost more than a million hectares of forests. The indiscriminated
deforestation together with forest arsons is destroying our natural
heritage.
Thus, this
series of works intends to portray different forests of the Argentine territory
as witnesses of the
autochthonous endangered
vegetation.
In the organic sphere, each birth, each
new cycle, encourages us to become aware and take responsibility for our planet,
even through the Arts, as this may mean a vital change for future
generations.
