Sotheby's Institute of Art - New York offers a variety intensive Summer Study courses taking place in June and July 2010. Led by the Institute's faculty, international experts and leading practitioners in the field, these Summer Study courses focus on the art market, contemporary art and the decorative arts. The 4 week courses creatively combine academic study with the possibility of site visits and hands-on instruction. Small classes enable students to access the information and experience they desire. Classes meet daily Monday-Thursday, in either the morning or the afternoon. Fridays are reserved for additional seminars and field trips.
