The introduction was written by noted art critic D. Eric Bookhardt who lends us his unique perspective on Jessica's current work. We are grateful for his in depth insight into her work which he draws from over a decade of experiencing and reviewing her works. The Gambit's published review of 'Holy Cards and Other Versions of Mortality' written by D. Eric Bookhardt is in this week's Gambit and on Inside Art New Orleans. 'Holy Cards and Other Versions of Mortality' is on view through September 27, 2009. Works are priced from $500 - $3,500. Jessica Goldfinch supports Recycle for the Arts - a great supply resource for NOLA artists and DIY'ers. Jessica Goldfinch has works featured with other top New Orleans contemporary artists in 'HOT UP HERE' across the street at the Contemporary Arts Center. The entire 2nd floor is filled with a refreshing collection of new New Orleans art, courtesy of curator Dan Cameron. InnerSpace at CoLAB Projects features works by S.J. Hart and Ann Schwab. Ann Schwab's solo exhibition 'PURE' opens at CoLAB Projects on October 3, 2009 with an artist opening reception from 6pm - 9pm.
