Rockville Center Public Library presents "Rockville Center" Photographs by Ellen Fisch from December 2 through December 28, 2010. A well known photograher as well painter, Ellen Fisch has participated in numerous solo exhibitions and group shows garnering a dedicated clientele and circle of admirers. Ellen Fisch has been a Premiere Portfolio Artist at absolutearts.com since 2004.

Ellen Fisch comments in her Artist Statement, "I have been privileged to evoke a rich background of experiences that inspire me and augment my creativity. At an early age, I was intrigued by the ability to translate my ideas through drawing, painting and photography. I soon realized that creating an image was like telling a story: an expression of how I viewed life. I had many stories to tell and, by experimenting with various media, I understood that I could communicate my deepest thoughts and emotions with others through images."
