Poetry reading October 28 at Bradley

Peoria, IL (September 25, 2009) Bradley University's Visiting Writers Series will present a poetry reading by Keith Ratzlaff at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October, 28, in the Wyckoff Room of the Cullom-Davis Library. The reading is free and open to the public.

Ratzlaff has published five books of poetry, with his most recent, Then, A Thousand Crows, being released earlier this year. His previous work includes: Dubious Angels: Poems after Paul Klee, Man Under a Pear Tree and Across The Known World.  Ratzlaff currently teaches writing and literature at Central College in Pella, Iowa.

Featured in literature reviews and publications throughout the country, Ratzlaff has won the Anhinga Prize for Poetry, the Theodore Roethke Award and a Pushcart Prize.
