I wanted to send out quick note to wish you all a great holiday season!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Quick Events and Updates:
Tomorrow, Venus Theatre will be receiving a donation from the Prince George's County Arts Council after the towns holiday parade. This is a great honor. Prince Georges is a beautiful county and I am proud to call it the home of Venus Theatre.
The Main Street tree will be lit tomorrow to run through the season. It's very pretty and sits at the end of C Street on Main.
The C Street Gallery will open their, "Not Your Average Dog and Pony Show" at 7 tomorrow. And, Venus is having a "Mic in the Storefront Window" at 8. Speakers are up on sticks already and we are prepping to jam. Add to that my Grandfather's eggnog, which will be readily available for the heartiest of hearts -have to make it every year, and it MUST be shared by MANY---
-and, what we've got here in another year wrapped!

Hope to see you when I can. I know how busy this month is for just about all of us.
Oh, yeah-more Quick Events and Updates:
Quick note, on Saturday's the 11th and 18th of December 2010, coffee will be hot and the library of plays will be available at Venus from Noon to 4, in conjunction with gallery hours next door. So, if you are an actor looking for a monologue, or a theatron looking to read a variety of work, or just a civilian curious about this art form, you are WELCOME to stop in.
