Three of Claudette Losier's paintings have been accepted for "The Art in the Workplace" juried exhibition at McMaster Innovation Park commencing December 1, 2010 with opening on December 9th from 4:30 to 7:00 pm. The exhibition will be available for viewing in the Atrium at MIP from December 1, 2010 until March 14, 2011 during business hours. Claudette Losier has been a Premiere Portfolio Member at absolutearts.com since 2007.

On December 6th Claudette Losier joined in the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women event at the Worker's Arts & Heritage Centre. There was drumming, speakers, music, refreshments, candlelight vigil, and art display. Claudette has submitted her human rights transfer art piece called “Duty To Be Children” made with photos from witness org on Child Soldiers in Africa.
Two of Claudette's Transfer Art are on display at Arts Hamilton's Member show from November 26th to December 24th at 279 King Street East, Hamilton.
Claudette will be exhibiting her art during December 10th James Street Crawl night at the Friendship Shop next to the Tivoli on 118 James St. North from 5:00 to midnight. Its part of Arts Hamilton's “Art on the Fly” holiday celebration and art sale event.
In 2010 Claudette's transfer mixed media piece called "Noodling My Doodling With Thy Neighbour" won an honourable mention in 4th NeoPopRealism Starz Int'l Art
Competition. In the past she has won awards in Juried Shows in Ontario one award of merit for her swimmer drawing, honorary mention for transfer work, a Gerald Gunter Humanity Award, and two best in show awards for her mixed media portraiture work. Her art works are being sold at the Burlington Art Centre Art Ectera shop, the Art Gallery of Hamilton’s Art Rental and Shop, Brantford’s Art Block’s Shop and the Glenhyrst Art Gallery Rental and Sale Shop, the Print Studio Boutique and Arts Hamilton Boutique. In 2006 she turned her attention to teaching art with classes in oil painting, drawing botanical and wildlife subject matter, and transfer art techniques at the Burlington Art Center, and the Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington.
