DISCUSSION: The Ethics of Power in Pedagogy

An exploration of roles and relations within social and participatory practices. Guest speakers: artist Emma Hedditch, Ewa Wisniewska from Quintin Kynaston School, and Director of engage Jane Sillis will join artist Emma Smith to lead an open discussion on the power structures at play in collaborative and participatory practices: terms of engagement, authorship, hierarchies and the nature of their transparency. Reproductive Labour will include film and video works distributed by Cinenova, alongside paper materials from its archive.
