Student saxophone recital planned

Peoria, IL (January 14, 2011) Russell Zehr, a senior majoring in music business at Bradley University, will present a saxophone recital on Friday, February 11, at 7:30 p.m. in Dingeldine Music Center, located at 1417 W. Barker Avenue. The performance is free and open to the public.
 
The recital will feature Concerto in Eb by Glazounov, Sonata for Alto Saxophone by Lunde, Fantaisie Impromptu by Jolivet, Sonata in C minor by Telemann, Fantaisie for Soprano Saxophone by Singelee and Duet from Cantata No. 78 by J. S. Bach.
 
Russell is the son of Lynn and Mona Zehr of Graymont and is a 2007 graduate of Pontiac Township High School.  He studies with Keith Zimmerman of the Bradley Department of Music faculty.
