The winners of VideoAkt Biennal will receive the AMISTER Art Friendly award granted as in the last edition, by AMISTER Collection. The prize consists of the purchase of the winner work by the AMISTER Collection, travel, and hotel expenses.
Everyone is invited to participate without any limit of age or provenance.
REQUESTS:
Works have to be realized after 2005.
They have to last 10 minutes max .
They have to be sent to C/ Girona 170 1º 2ª, postal code 08037- Barcelona Spain until - deadline 15-02-2011 - (referential date concided with the stamp).
The organization is not responsible for any damage or imperfection due to transportation, for which the contestants are completely responsible .
Artists can send one or more works, filling in forms for each vid
eo or photo.
Projects must have the following documentation:
1. Technical brief form filled correctly
2. Copy of the video work in AVI, MPG or MOV format (highest quality).
3. Two still images of the work, JPG with 300 DPI y maximum size (15x15cm).
4. CV and a brief bio in 5 lines (character: Arial, size: 12)
We'll publish the results about the competition online.
The video works won't be returned and they will be part of the organization's video archive.
The organization won't give to the selected artist any kind of economic contribution to cover any expenses for delivery , journey or accomodation.
Let us know if you have any kind of deal or contract with film distributors.
