Welcome to the THIRD EDITION: AMC.
The AMC is an edition-by-subscription project. Each month
for one year, a different curator selects an artist to create an
original artwork exclusive to the club. Subscribers to the AMC will not know the identity of
these artists beforehand, introducing Duchampian chance into the
act of collecting.
Artworks may take any form, check out works from the Second Edition (2010) and the First Edition (2009). The edition is limited to 50, and to only 50 subscribers. However, artists often will create unique works, such as Peregrine Honig for January 2011, who made 50 unique walnut ink and gouache drawings. In years past, subscribers have received works by artists such as: William Powhida, Kalup Linzy, Lisa Oppenheim, Julieta Aranda, Amanda Ross-Ho, Andy Coolquitt, AiDS-3D, John Russell, & Luis
Gispert, among others.
Each month, subscribers will receive one
artwork by mail, accompanied by a signed and numbered certificate of
authenticity. At the end of the year, subscribers will have received 12 original artworks, exclusive to the club. It's a great opportunity to
broaden the collection of an established collector or be the perfect starter
for a beginning collector, at only $200/month.

INVISIBLE-EXPORTS is a gallery dedicated to
superior conceptual work. IE is located in the Lower East Side, at 14A
Orchard
