KENOSHA, WI ā Learn how to make a
gypsy market tote basket with instructor Sandy Bulgrin during a
one-day workshop from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12 at the
Kenosha Public Museum.
This market-style basket has a wooden
āDā handle and is woven with natural spokes and dyed weavers.
Students choose from a wide variety of sizes and colors to weave in
their own unique basket. A materials fee of $19 is paid to the
instructor the day of the class. A sample is on view at the Kenosha
Public Museum gift shop. Cost of the workshop is $33 or $28 for
Friends of the Museums. Advance registration is required.
