Panel Discussion at LeBasse Projects Culture Flux: Korean Contemporary Art Now and in the Future Wednesday, February 9th, 2011, 7:30-10pm LeBasse Projects is excited to host our first Panel Discussion that coincides with our current exhibition of Korean Contemporary Art. CULTURE FLUX will examine key issues shaping the Korean contemporary art scene today and tomorrow: How do a growing Asian art market, a wired, web-savvy South Korea, and the recently internationalized contemporary art scene impact art work produced both within Korea and the Korean diaspora? How might such factors influence the creative process? How might they influence critical and collector evaluations of the work‹in the United States, Europe and Korea?
