        A Most Urgent Concern


          February 11 - March 12, 2011


The New Gallery is pleased to host a members reception of A Most Urgent 
Concern on Friday February 11, 2011 at 7 PM and a public "First 
Thursday" reception on March 03, 2011 at 5 PM.


A Most Urgent Concern is the fourth installment of The New Gallery's 
unique student curatorial initiative project. In this show, senior ACAD 
student Hannah Doerksen curates a group show of new work by students 
from the University of Calgary's Department of Art program exploring the 
often complex relationship between humour and tragedy.

Performing Arts throughout February and March 2011.
