Venus Theatre has been located on C Street in Laurel, MD for four years. We have amazing neighbors! Days before we launch into an incredibly exciting year of theatre, we collaborate with our neighbors.
The C Street Gallery opened last year. Venus is proud to be a part of an event called, Track Talk on February 10th. This marks the gallery closing its second exhibit, Not Your Average Dog and Pony Show. The Laurel Museum began its Race Track exhibit on February 6th. Venus will host a panel discussion of two horse women, Paula Schumen (rider) and Linda Penkala (jockey) conducted by the Director of the Laurel Historical Society, Lindsey Baker. This event will happen at Venus Theatre. After that, we borrow Mary's chocolate fountain and let our committees take over with sweet fruit and cake to mark a very sweet occasion on the 14th. (details below).

The 2011 ...forthelove... season will be unveiled on Valentines Day between 5 and 7.
