Celebrate the shortest winter month and the fact that ICA is free, all year round, all the time! Featuring The Artist as Curator at 6:30pm, a lecture by ICA Senior Curator Ingrid Schaffner, followed at 8pm by a DIY Valentine project and pierogi pandemonium! Music by Philadelphia band Blues Control. This semiannual event is co-hosted by ICA's Student Board.
