“La
Belle France” is the topic for a Kenosha Public Museum travelogue
program at 7:30 p.m. Friday, February 18
at Reuther Auditorium. From the beaches of Normandy to the Old Port
at Marseilles, come experience France as seen through the lens of
American folk musicians Monty and Marsha Brown. Stroll along the
Seine in Paris; tour famous Mont St. Michel; marvel at Roman
monuments; experience the Grand Parc Puy du Fou, the Windmill of
Daudet, the last visitors of Van Gogh, and so much more. Doors
open at 6:45 p.m.; seating is unreserved. Travelogues
are free and sponsored in part by a grant from the Kenosha News and
Parkside Manor.
