 Artist´s Statement. At last I set the rebelled bird free.

 He was hiding in the darkness of the past, I gave him freedom so he
can fly again and come back with magical visions, tales and faces
from my memory which is full with contradictions, concerns, colors
and seasons.

 It’s bold journey to the distant dream that overwhelmed me until I
became part of it.

 40 seasons that my story circulated among them

 being told by beauties who live in the air, sand, day, night, water
and rocks surrounded by the color fragrant mixed with the purple
perfume of Love. MORE 

 Enfin j'ai mis en liberté l'oiseau rebelle.

 Il se cachait dans l'obscurité du passé, je lui ai donné la
liberté afin qu'il puisse voler à nouveau et revenir avec des
visions magiques, des contes et des souvenirs qui sont pleine de
contradictions, des préoccupations, des couleurs et des saisons.

 C'est un voyage au rêve éloigné qui m'a motivé et poussé
jusqu'à ce que j'en fasse partie.

 Mon histoire a durée pendant 40 saisons.

 La beauté se retrouve dans l'air, le sable, le jour, la nuit, l'eau
et les rochés entourées par les couleurs parfumées d'Amour.

 Elena
 Mexican artist who has participated in over 30 solo exhibitions and
over 45 collective in museums, galleries and cultural venues in
Mexico, Argentina, Paris, London and several cities in the United
States. Her work has been recognized by the National Society of Fine
Arts in Paris, Ministry of Communications and Transport, Ministry of
Energy, PEMEX, Mexican Petroleum Institute, National Polytechnic
Institute. Her work is part of the cultural heritage of the UNAM,
INMUJERES, Pascual Foundation and has participated in campaigns for
gender equity at the National Institute for Women, also has been
selected two occasions by Women in art Mexico-Spain MORE


 “ Carla Elena a participé à plus de trente expositions solo et
quarante-cinq expositions collectives dans plusieurs musées,
galeries, et évènements culturels au Mexique, en Argentine, en
France à Paris, ou encore en Grande-Bretagne à Londres. Son travail
a été notamment reconnu par la société des Arts Visuels de Paris,
le ministère de la communication et des transports, le ministère de
l'énergie, PEMEX et de nombreuses autres institutions. ”PLUS

quartier culturel et des affaires, au 279 Sherbrooke Ouest, au coin
de l'avenue du Parc et Bleury. La galerie se trouve au second étage.

 Métro : nous sommes situés à 2 minutes du métro Place des arts
(sortie Bleury).

 Stationnement : nous sommes situés à 2 minutes du stationnement
sur la rue Bleury. Le stationnement est à $5 après 17h et durant la
fin de semaine.

 We are located in downtown Montréal in the heart of the cultural
and business district at 279 Sherbrooke West, at the corner of Park
Avenue and Bleury. The gallery is on the 2nd floor

 Metro : Two minutes from the Place-des-Arts Metro (exit Bleury)

 Parking : Two minutes away from the parking lot on Bleury. $5 after
5pm and on weekends.
