The New Gallery is pleased to host a public "First Thursday" reception 
on April 07, 2011 from 5 - 9 PM.


Passionately embracing the adage that one should make lemonade when 
faced with an abundance of lemons, artist Heather Passmore has kept 
every single exhibition proposal rejection letter that she's received in 
the course of her career. Passmore then executes beautifully detailed 
mixed-media drawings on and within the often perfunctory text of these 
form letters, effectively subverting their potential negative reinforcement.

The New Gallery is pleased to host a public reception on Friday, April 
08, 2011 at 7 PM.


Making use of the opposing Untitled Arts Society and TNG +15 Window 
Spaces, the artists will create an exact mirrored image of the 
collaborative development across the two - however, one Window Space 
will be in full colour, while the other will be in black & white.
