PABLO HELGUERA Won the First Edition of the International Award for Participatory

Pablo Helguera (Mexico City, 1971) has won the first edition of
the International Award for Participatory Art. The Award, a biennial
project promoted by the Legislative Assembly of the Region Emilia-Romagna,
