Louise Bourgeois focus of lecture @wexarts FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: APRIL 12, 2011

FREE TALK TO FOCUS ON ARTIST LOUISE BOURGEOIS

On the occasion of a Wexner Center exhibition featuring the work of Louise Bourgeois, the next Lambert Family Lecture will celebrate the life and work of this highly influential artist and 1999 Wexner Prize recipient who passed away last year at the age of 98. Jerry Gorovoy and Germano Celant: Remembering Louise, featuring two people close to Bourgeois, will take place Tuesday, April 26 at 7 pm.

Admission is free. The talk will also be streamed live at wexarts.org/live. The exhibition Double Sexus, which showcases the work of Bourgeois alongside that of Hans Bellmer, will be open until the event begins that night.
