Hello from INKubator PRESS,
It's sunny out, the trees are blooming, and new classes are coming up at INK Press. There's still a little time left to sign up for Heinrich Toh's upcoming High Rolling Monoprint workshop. I asked the instructor, an artist who works in our shop, what he thinks of the upcoming class. This is what he said...
"If you have been looking for a non-toxic transfer process for incorporating
photographic imagery in your work, this workshop is the right one for you.
We will focus will on making one-of-a-kind prints, minus the toxic, the technical, or the mundane. I provide plenty of personal attention, so bring along projects that you have been puzzling over and start that new body of work!"
He also encourages you to set aside your yard work for one more weekend to take a time out and make some prints. We still have space available and the class runs this weekend Friday night, Saturday and Sunday all day. Recruit a friend, sign up, and learn about this interesting process turning photographs into prints! More info and sign up is here at the Printshop Shop.
Also coming up at the end of April is our new class focusing on chin colle and etching with Clinton Ricketts called Unique Multiples. To see Clinton's work, click here. For info on chin colle, check this out.
We hope to see you soon around the shop. Remember, if you have day time available, we are looking for monitors to help keep our print shop open. Apply today.
Best,
Nicholas
