In Partnership with the Ministry of the Economy, Development and Tourism
In collaboration with Cámara de Comercio de Santiago, la Cámara Nacional de Comercio, Servicios y Turismo de Chile-CNC, David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies – Harvard University, Endeavor Chile, Harvard Club de Chile y Jóvenes Líderes
Chile is becoming a leading innovation hub in Latin America, implementing proactive initiatives to foster a culture of entrepreneurship, global competitiveness, and a dynamic business environment. The country, where investment in research and development has increased 70 percent since 2005, is expected to continue growing at over 6 percent—one of the fastest paces in the region. Strengthening partnerships between the public sector, business community, and universities, as well as enhancing investment incentives, are top priorities for President Sebastián Piñera’s administration.
Given Chile’s focus on investing in entrepreneurship, Americas Society/Council of the Americas and the Chilean Ministry of Economy, Development, and Tourism will hold a conference in Santiago to discuss innovation. Please join us as we address these topics with a group of internationally recognized senior business executives, government officials, entrepreneurs, economists, and investment analysts.
