officially rezoned 

as an Arts District!

- effective July 1

 

On March 28 the city of Laurel passed rezoning for an Arts andEntertainment distrct in Laurel: C and B Streets, Avondale, Main, Tolson Alley, and Municipal Square.

Congrats to Gwendolyn Glenn for receiving first place from the Maryland/Delaware/DC Press Association for the piece she did for the Go! section on "In the Goldfish Bowl," and first place for it from the Suburban Newspapers Association as well.
