Free Sunday For New PTAC Exhibition
Bartlesville, OK -- Price Tower Arts Center invites everyone to attend its Free Sunday on May 15th. Free Sunday includes free admission to the Price Tower Arts Center Gallery for the current exhibition, Once Upon An Island: Twin Towers Rising and a special craft project for children.
“Our hands-on craft project for the kids this time will be Lincoln Log Skyscrapers. We think it will be fun for the children. We think it fits in very nicely with our exhibition on the construction of the Twin Towers,” said PTAC Education Coordinator Cynthia Naylor.
Once Upon An Island: Twin Towers Rising features the photography of Dr. Richard Quinney from the late 1960s while the World Trade Center was under construction. The exhibition is set to close on September 11th. Sponsors for the exhibition include ConocoPhillips, Bank of Oklahoma and NewsTalk KRMG.
Price Tower Arts Center will be open from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday for the event. For more information call 918.336.4949 or visit pricetower.org.
