PASTEL PAINTING EXHIBITION – NEW MEXICO 
Deadline: 15 August 2011
This year marks the 20th Anniversary of this prestigious pastel show.  The organization invite any artist to be a part of this special show by entering his/her paintings.  
Awards will be announced at the gala opening reception on Friday 4th fo November 2011.
1st place : $1500
2nd place : $1000
3rd place: $750
4th place:  $500
Entry is open to all artists over the age of 18, without regard to geographic location. 
All work must be at least 80% soft pastel and must be original.  All work must be for sale. The organization will retain 30% of the sale price as a commission.

DESIGN CONTEST – ITALY 
Deadline: 30th of June 2011
This design contest aims to develop ideas of sustainable, elegant, durable products made with vegetable-tanned leather, encouraging fresh ideas of furniture, accessories or objects.
Finalists will  receive as follows:
- 2.000 Euro to the winning project
- 1.000 Euro to the second classified
- 500 Euro to the third classified

CALL FOR PROJECTS – ISRAEL 
Deadline: 15th of June 2011
This biennale is due to take place for the third time in October 2012 in and around a city in Israel, following the two former editions. The organization invites artists, architects, designers, residents, social researchers to suggest ideas for improving the quality of life in the city. The Biennale is an international event dealing with the planning and design of urban life culture. During the Biennale, the city's space becomes a laboratory for the creation of new, sustainable urban spaces and the exploration of novel modes of urban living. Selected proposals will be executed by the municipality. Theme: Metamorphosis.

CALL FOR VISUAL ARTISTS, WRITERS AND MUSICIANS – FRANCE 
Deadline: 20th of  June 2012 
Since 1999, this art centre has promoted creativity and international exchange in the artist community. 
The centre offers each year a residency bursary to one visual artist, one writer and one musician or composer in order to create new career prospects for artists. 
The centre is located 60min away from Paris within the scenic Region of Champagne-Ardenne. This multi-disciplinary creative centre offers a unique environment for visual artist, writers or musicians. The centre aims at fostering communication and creativity among individuals and groups working on the evolution of ideas or realization of works. 
Nature of the bursary: 
- 2 month residency 
- Return ticket, board and lodging 
- Private bedroom with bathroom, individual studio. 
The laureate must provide his/her own visas and health insurance.

CONTEST OF IMAGES ON THE SEA COASTS – ITALY 
Deadline: September 09 th 2011  
The Contest foresees the use of 2 expressive media and it is articulates therefore in two sections:   
Section video: the video can be realized in color or in black and white.  
Section photography: the photos can be in color or in black and white,  realized with analogical or digital equipment.   
All the proposals will have to be referred to the coasts of a region of Italy (The coasts as place of border, contemplation and trip; The works of the sea;  The systems of defense of the coastline: the towers and the fortifications of the second world war; The islands in the island; The activities and the sports related to the sea).   
Authors can participate with only one work for the section video and with a maximum of 3 works for the section photography.  
For every section, the first classified work will receive a prize of Euro 1.000,00, the second classified work will receive a prize equal to Euro 500,00 and the third classified will receive a prize of Euro 250,00.

PAINTING PRIZE – ANDORRA 
Deadline: October 22nd 2011    
Any artist who will introduce his/her work can participate in this painting contest.  The competitors can use any technique of painting. The works in contest, of free theme, have to have minimum dimensions of 55 x 46cm (10 Fs) and maximum of 100 x 81cm (40 Fs).     
Every artist can introduce only one work. The winning works will remain ownership of the organization. First prize of 3.000 Euro.    
The opening and the awarding of the prizes will take place on November 3 rd 2011 at hours 19. The exhibition will remain open until November 19th.

EXPOSICION DE PINTURAS A PASTEL – NUEVO MEXICO 
Plazo: el 15 de agosto de 2011    
Este año señala el 20 Aniversario de esta exposición de pinturas a pastel prestigiosa. La organización invita cualquier artista a tomar parte en esta exposición presentándo sus propias obras.      
La distribución de premios tendrá lugar en una ceremonia de gala el 4 de noviembre de 2011.    
1 premio: $1500    
2 premio: $1000    
3 premio: $750    
4 premio:  $500    
Cada obra presentada tendrá que ser por al menos al 80% realizada con pasteles y tiene que ser original. Cada obra tendrá que ser a la venta. La organización creerá un 30% del precio de venta como comisión.

El concurso de diseño quiere promover la piel curtida al vegetal por nuevas propuestas sobre productos destinados a varias tipologías de complementos de decoración o accesorios moda en piel.

- 2.000,00 euros al proyecto vencedor.  
- 1.000,00 euros al segundo proyecto clasificado   
- 500,00 euros al tercer proyecto clasificado

LLAMADA POR PROYECTOS – ISRAEL 
Plazo: el 15 de junio de 2011    
La Bienal tendrá lugar por la tercera vez a octubre de 2012 en una ciudad en Israel, siguiendo las dos primeras ediciones. La organización invita a artistas, arquitectos, designers, investigadores sociales para sugerir ideas para mejorar la calidad de vida en la ciudad. Este acontecimiento bienal concierne pues la planificación y el diseño de la cultura de la vida urbana. Durante la Bienal, el espacio de la ciudad se vuelve un laboratorio por la creación de nuevos espacios urbanos sostenibles y la exploración de nuevos modos de vivir la ciudad. Las propuestas seleccionadas serán realizadas por el ayuntamiento. Tema: Transformación

LLAMADA PARA ARTISTAS VISUALES, ESCRITORES Y MUSICOS – FRANCIA 
Plazo: el 20 de junio de 2012     
Desde el 1999, este centro de arte ha promovido la creatividad y los intercambios internacionales entre la comunidad de los artistas. El centro ofrece cada año una concesión por una residencia a un artista visual, un escritor y un músico o compositor para crear nuevas perspectivas por la carrera de los artistas.     
Camac es localizado a 60min por París dentro de la pintoresca región de Champán-Ardenne. Este centro creativo y multi-disciplinal ofrece un entorno único para los artistas. El centro apunta a sustentar la comunicación y la creatividad entre individuos y grupos que trabajan sobre la evolución de sus ideas o realización de sus trabajos.     
Naturaleza de la concesión:     
- 2 meses de residencia     
- Billete de ida y vuelta, comida y alojamiento     
- Dormitorio privado con baño, estudio individual.

CONCURSO DE IMAGENES EN LAS COSTAS MARINAS – ITALIA 
Plazo: El 09 de septiembre de 2011  
El Concurso preve el empleo de 2 instrumentos expresivos y se articula por lo tanto en dos secciones:   
Sección vídeo: los vídeos podrán ser realizados a colores o en blanco y negro, y tendrán que ser vertidos de propósito sobre soporte digital DVD privo de sistema anticopia.   
Sección fotografía: las fotografías podrán ser a colores o en blanco y negro, realizádas con cámaras analógicas o digitales.   
Los elaborados tendrán que referirse a las costas de una region de Italia (costas como lugar de confín, contemplación y viaje; Las profesiones del mar;  Los sistemas de defensa del litoral: las torres y las fortificaciones de la segunda guerra mundial; Las islas en la isla; Las actividades y los deportes atados al mar)  
Se podrá concurrir con una sola obra por la sección vídeo y con un máximo de 3 obras por la sección fotografía.  
Por cada sección la obra primera clasificada recibirá un premio igual a Euro 1.000,00, la segunda clasificada recibirá un premio igual a Euro 500,00 y la tercera clasificada recibirá un premio igual a Euro 250,00.

PREMIO DE PINTURA – ANDORRA remio de pintura – Andorra
Plazo: 22 de Octubre de 2011
Pueden participar en este concurso de pintura todos los artistas  que presenten su obra..
Los concursantes pueden utilizar cualquier técnica de pintura. Las obras en concurso, de tema libre, deben tener unas dimensiones mínimas de 55 x 46cm (10 F) y máximas de 100 x 81cm (40 F). 
Cada artista sólo puede presentar una obra. 
Las obras premiadas serán propiedad del dotador. 
Primer premio de 3.000 euros
El vernissage y el reparto de los premios tendrá lugar el día 3 de noviembre de 2011 a las 19h. En el mismo acto se inaugurará la exposición con todas las obras seleccionadas que estarán expuestas del día 4 al 19 de noviembre en la misma sala.

CONCORSO DI IMMAGINI SULLE COSTE MARINE – ITALIA
Scadenza: 09 Settembre 2011
Il Concorso prevede l’utilizzo di 2 strumenti espressivi e si articola quindi in due sezioni: 
Sezione video: i video potranno essere realizzati a colori o in bianco e nero, e dovranno essere appositamente riversati su supporto digitale DVD privo di sistema anticopia. 
Sezione fotografia: le fotografie potranno essere a colori o in bianco e nero, realizzate con macchine fotografiche analogiche con pellicola o con macchine fotografiche digitali. 
Gli elaborati dovranno riferirsi alle coste di una regione d’Italia (Le coste come luogo di confine, contemplazione e viaggio; I mestieri del mare;  I sistemi di difesa costiera: le torri e le fortificazioni della seconda guerra mondiale; Le isole nell’Isola;  Le attività e gli sport legati al mare ) 
Si potrà concorrere con una sola opera per la sezione video e con un massimo di 3 opere per la sezione fotografia.
Per ogni sezione l’opera prima classificata riceverà un premio pari a Euro 1.000,00, la seconda classificata riceverà un premio pari a Euro 500,00 e la terza classificata riceverà un premio pari a Euro 250,00.
