CALLING FOR ENTRIES
Two new group shows curated by curatorial interns at BSG this year: Folk Art/Fine Art curated by Pan Gong will be an exhibition of contemporary interpretations of traditional asian folk art. Fashion as Art, curated by Jasmin McNeill will explore fashion images and objects as embodying the individuals artistic expression. Calling for costumes, photography, drawings, workbook sketches, textiles etc. All mediums are welcome. For more information or to apply email info@bsgart.com.au
CALLING FOR VOLUNTEERS
If you would like to gain experience working in a gallery installing exhibitions, dealing with clients, organising shows and a have a few hours to spare each week contact tessa@bsgart.com.au
JOINT SHOWS
We recognise that it is difficult for many artists to afford putting on their own show so we are inviting artists who are interested in showing with one, two or three others to email samples of your work to tessa@bsgart.com.au and we will pair you up with other appropriate artists to have a joint show. In this way you can have a show of your work for as little as $225 including invites, advertising and opening night expenses.
