Call to Artists- Artistree 2011

Preparations have begun for Lemon Street Gallery's premier holiday gift event, Artistree. This event runs December 1st-24th in our Brick Gallery.

Historically, we've sold about $5,000 worth of functional ceramics, fine and fun jewelry, accessories and garments, ornaments, fused/blown glass, artisan soaps and luxuries and candies. The artists who create work for this show are members of Lemon Street, and select artists from the community who create items that lend themselves well to gift giving.

If you wish to participate, let us know by October 1, 2011. We need your name and contact information, along with images of the work you wish to sell. As this is a juried event, we may ask that you bring in a few samples. We will let you know by October 15^th, 2011 if your work will be included this year.

We will be selling items made from our StudioK Summer Arts program; which partners with Women and Children's Horizons and Urban Outreach.

Choose from a variety of ceramic pendants, heart shaped bowls, and wind chimes all made from participating students.   

Proceeds to be used to purchase art supplies for programs that serve children.
