Hello Friends, It has been a crazy summer, NYC was amazing and we are ready to continue spreading the joy around the globe! To begin, we are honored to show at Colette, Paris. Our exhibition is entitled “In The Beginning” and will show from August 29th to September 24th. The show will feature brand new bronze sculptures, exclusive prints for Colette, an animation, as well as all kinds of surprises. Including two very amazing new limited edition inflatables; The Malfi Beach Ball and the Rainbow TTT Bop Bag. Only available for a limited time, read on for more information! FWY will be heading to Brazil for an exciting conference of art and design called BOOMSPDESIGN, as well as having an exhibition of exclusive prints at Coletivo Amor de Madre store and gallery. colette is pleased to announce FriendsWithYou’s first ever Paris exhibition, entitled “In The Beginning.” Opening on August 29th, the show will feature a FWY exhibit centered around a reoccurring theme and central archetype we find in the works of the duo: the boy - a soft, simple, and cute spirit that is all powerful in the same moment. This archetype role speaks to the inner-child inside everyone who looks upon him. BOOMPSDESIGN is an art, design and architectural conference that takes place yearly in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This art event has quickly established itself as a catalyst for connecting the Brazilian design moment to a global level, bringing together designers and artists from all over the world to showcase and discuss their work and passion. FriendsWithYou is excited to announce its participation in this year’s fourth forum of BOOMPSDESIGN, from August 31st to September 2nd. The event is organized by curator and cultural promoter Roberto Cocenza, who will host international design artists and studios such as, Studio Dror, Matali Crasset, Paul Clemence, Cat, Harry, Chad Oppenheim, Mount Fuji, Jade Dressler, and Green Provocateur. FWY will also be releasing 8 limited edition prints while in Brazil, which will be available for sale at Coletivo Amor de Madre, an art store specialized in development, production and marketing of utilitarian design and art objects.






Big Brothers Big Sisters, Dacra and FriendsWithYou, along side local Miami artists, partner to launch the ʻUnder Improvementʼ campaign with an event that celebrates art, culture and community. Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) is a non-profit mentorship organization that operates under the belief that every child has the ability to succeed and thrive in life. FWY is excited to participate in helping direct and inspire the lives of these children for the positive! The event will showcase the ʻUnder Improvementʼ Secret Postcards exhibition, in which local established Miami artists and BBBS ʻLittleʼ artists create a series of 6 postcards, each inspired by different Miami neighborhoods. The goal is to raise awareness and donations for the non-profit so that they can continue to positively impact youthsʼ lives. Stop by, purchase a one of a kind postcard print created by FWY and help the community children! The ʻUnder Improvementʼ campaign is supported by key members of the community such as the Rosa De La Cruz Collection, Haitian Heritage Museum, Locust Projects, Primary Flight, Miami Herald, Carnival Cruise, and Crispin Porter + Bogusky. All proceeds will go to BBBS of Greater Miami.
