Friends,   I'd like to invite you to Grenning Gallery's "Local Landscapes" exhibition opening reception on October 1, 2010 in Sag Harbor NY. The east end of Long Island is legendary for its unique light and lush seaside landscapes which captivated William Merritt Chase and Thomas Moran. Grenning Gallery of Sag Harbor will be honoring this tradition with its "Local Landscapes" group show starting on October 1. I will be participating in this group exhibition of plein air landscapes painted in the Hamptons. This year's show features Grenning's top-tier artists such as Ramiro, Ben Fenske, Nelson H. White, Paul Rafferty, and Marc Dalessio. The show includes local stars of landscape painting such as James Daga Albinson and Beth Rundquist as well as a contingent of top Florence Academy of Art alumni including Melissa Franklin Sanchez and Leo Mancini-Hresko.
