Meet our BabyBeasts. Oh yes, they are pleased to meet you â they
just havenât learned their manners yet. They come with diverse
backgrounds, personalities and aspirations but they all share one
thing in common: they were left in the cold by such groups as BSA
(Babies Suck Anonymous) and BHFL (Baby Haters For Life. And so they
share one need: a warm home â free from cruelty and suffering. And
they come in two sizes.
Look closely. Find yourself in some of them. Some are destined to be
outcasts, some popular, some serious, some light-hearted, some quiet
and some rambunctious. See their raw innocence as there was a time
when we all possessed it. Though all of the building blocks of
civility are there â temperance, worry, courtesy, guiltâ¦they are
yet to be assembled. Social etiquettes, bad habits, good habits,
friendship bonds have yet to be formed. Some would callously say,
they are arguably more beast then human.
Adopt a BabyBeast and protect her from those who say babies are a
good source of Vitamin D and Omega-3s. Adopt a BabyBeast before he
turns to debauchery and crime. Adopt a BabyBeast as a low maintenance
way to remember a precious time of primitiveness, innocence,
wildness, that special time before you had a single care in the
world. (Yes they poop. But it is invisible and scent-free. They also
eat dust. And they walk themselves outside at night while you are
sleeping and lock the front door behind them).
With 10% of all proceeds going to CHEO (for real) adopt a BabyBeast
so you can have the satisfaction of being a part of another BabyBeast
happy ending!
*Come to the Adoption Party and enjoy BabyBeast-inspired refreshments.

DENIAL, or âD3N!@Lâ is a Canadian graffiti and mixed-media artist.
His moniker is a phonetic mix-up representing his first name, and by
definition, pokes fun at modern advertising, politics, and media
messages that society is often âin denialâ about. DENIAL is known
for his prolific guerrilla-marketing campaign, which takes public aim
at ideas involving social-justice, pop-culture, mass-media, and âNew
World Orderâ conspiracy theories. With over 500,000 of his adhesive
logos displayed in public places around the world, the
DENIAL PROJECT has become a conceptual piece of marketing absurdism.
DENIAL intends to challenge traditional ideas about graffiti and
public art, as well as the excessive corporate use of public space.
Street art is a transient form of expression with a generally short
life span. Frustrated by this, DENIAL began to bridge his street art
ideas, into tangible works, that galleries and collectors could
procure, avoiding the expiration date that they would otherwise be
subject to. DENIAL has drawn from his background in graffiti, graphic-
design, and traditional sign manufacturing, to develop his own style
of vivid mixed-media paintings. Often depicting pin-up models, over-
sized signage, and over-sized magazine and newspaper covers, DENIAL
laces his work with cryptic, abstract, and urban themes.
DENIALâs base of operation exists in southwestern Ontario, and his
pieces are popping up all over North America. His recent commissions
include custom pieces for clients in Torontoâs distillery District,
CBC Canada, MTV USA, Montrealâs exclusive Colart Collection, Social
Restolounge in Calgary, and for Toronto based Lori Morris Design Inc.
at Pearson International Airport. DENIALâs multi-faceted art career
is taking on a new dimension, as he has moved towards the production
of exclusive works. Until now,
DENIAL has utilized the art of stenciling to its full extent, by
creating limited-series numbered paintings, in order to remain
accessible to collectors. His new custom stencils are used for a
single original painting, and then destroyed.
