Two souls float as free as clouds caressed by the wind, the light of the sun and the moon. They are emanated by the same creative force, travelling through the same space. They find each other side by side in the mirror of the same house of art, offering us the same water that flows from the invitation of Manuela and Joseph, two helvetic twin souls.

Their artistic hands draw and stain transparent surfaces and white paper, sculpturing and de-materializing reason, sensitivity and respect for the natural object.

The work is formed by fine delicate fibers, as water drops, forming continuous surfaces of parallel lines. Unified, they change into channels, conductors of colour and life, creating through our imagination strong images of dark volumes born from the mother rock. Maintaining always the light of emptiness and the hollow space of the old branches, of delicate leafs and timeless flowers, of emotion, that flows transparently over white walls.

The watercolors by Vanessa Chrystie and the sculptures by Paulo Neves are rhythmic, beautiful and timeless …. Leaving us feeling peaceful and tranquil.
