Bidding Adieu to Our 38th Year
And what a year itâs been. We
:
- Produced 7 exhibitions featuring the work of 55 artists including 27 local artists.
- Offered an impressive lineup of 51 educational programs.
- Published a new book, The Art Life: On Creativity and Career, carried in major museum shops and bookstores across the country.
- Partnered with almost 20 different arts and culture organizations in Atlanta and beyond.Â
- Plus so much more!
How did we do all this? With the help of people like you. If you have enjoyed our programming, and want to see more, please make a financial contribution today. In honor of our 38th year, consider making a donation in some celebratory multiple of $38 (like $76, $152, or $380). Itâs 100% tax-deductible.

Film Screening: Painterâs Filmmaking
Fri, Jun 15, 8â9:30pm
Andy Ditzlerâs Film Love series continues with a selection of historical and contemporary films and videos that connect to our current Painters Panting exhibition. Vibrant and expressionistic results happen when artists use the filmstrip as a canvas. The program begins with abstract films by Hans Richter from the 1920s and ends with painted footage by 2012 Whitney Biennial artist Luther Price. Read more.
