Up close and personal with four
artists
The Olivier Cornet Gallery is delighted to present '4x4', an exhibition of works by David Begley, Mark Doherty, Yanny Petters and Martha
Quinn.
This exhibition will introduce four works by each artist
which are central to their current practices, allowing the viewer to dig deeper
into the world of these artists and their creative lifeforce, their statements
and all that lies beneath. David Begley will showcase works from his new series titled "Illumination" which
will also be part of his solo show in the Olivier Cornet Gallery in
October. Mark Doherty will present his 'Realm' series with some pieces presented as ‘work
in progress’ - giving the viewer an in-sight into the artist's method and
approach. Yanny Petters will be taking part with a new series of her much loved 'verre
églomisé' paintings and Martha Quinn
awakens our sense of wonder with new works from her famous cut paper
sculptural pieces.
The show will run from 14 June to 06 July 2012.
