Kelly is a professional pianist, drummer, arranger, and composer with a Bachelor's of Music in Jazz Composition and Arranging from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he was also a faculty member, teaching harmony, theory, and arranging. Kelly’s background is mainly in jazz and popular music and as a music producer -- many of the albums he has produced, arranged or played on can be viewed on his "Discography". He works as Musical Director for singers, notable Shawn Ryan Russ Lorenson and, as current "House Musical Director" for the Rrazz Room, Kelly directed the Rrazz Room Anniversary show on March 17, 2009 which included Rita Moreno, Sally Kellerman, Petula Clark, and Paula West.

Kathy Moehring studied theater in her hometown of New York City and performed on many stages from off- to off-off-off Broadway. Kathy was a regularly featured performer at Alameda’s former jazz club Kelly’s on Park and has sang in many community events. She has entertained audiences at numerous Bay Area venues including The Empire Plush Room, Forli’s, Club Paradiso, The Woodminster Theatre, Theatre Rhinoceros, American Cancer Society at Golden Gate Park, and weddings (and funerals).

Rhythmix Cultural Works (RCW) opened its doors in 2007 as a community arts center to bring together people of all ages for a wide range of high quality arts experiences. Five minutes from downtown Oakland off Hwy 880, RCW offers its beautifully renovated 150-seat theater, art gallery and classroom as affordable space for live performances, exhibitions, arts education and as cultural exchange for youth, families and adults. By providing a range of exhibits, workshops, classes and performances, RCW supports local, regional and international artists in presenting their work and strives to encourage community awareness through participation in the arts.
