3rd Annual Sunset Jazz @ Lyndhurst, Tarrytown -Starts TONIGHT! Free Thursday Sunset Concerts in August at the magnificent 67-acre Lyndhurst estate, a National Trust for Historic Preservation site. Grounds open at 5pm, music at 6:30pm. Nominal $10/car parking fee. Also accessible by the Old Croton Aqueduct trail. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or low-profile lawn chairs, and may bring or purchase a picnic supper at site. Concerts on West lawn overlooking Hudson River, or in Carriage House courtyard tent if rain. Concerts will take place outside in the Courtyard, or inside in The Great Room in event of rain. From 1976 through 1979, Barbieri released four popular albums on Herb Alpert’s A&M Records.
