Le Bain has always embodied the spirit of Rinsed and was definitely a huge inspiration to us when we got started. It has been and continues to be one of the only places in New York, and possibly anywhere, where you can see the most sought after talent in the world without having to drop a dime to walk through the doors.
We've had so many spectacular nights here, seeing our favorite DJs play, getting way too drunk, losing our shit, and meeting incredible people who we would not only become great friends with, but have the pleasure to work with as well. And we haven't even begun to talk about ridiculously ill the line up is...
We first heard Jacques Greene play at the LuckyMe showcase at 88 Palace while were still interning at MeanRed and we were instantly hooked. Since then Jacques has managed to keep our attention with a consistent output of material and seeing him debut his two-man live show with Ango last year at Mutek was simply inspiring. Jacques is an artist at the forefront of electronic music who is consistently looking for ways to keep it fresh and interesting.
Krystal Klear is another name we've been paying a lot of attention to over the last couple of years. The Irish-born, Manchester-based producer has created a name for himself with his nostalgically tinged productions and versatile DJ sets effortlessly transitioning between Boogie, New Jack Swing, Hip-Hop, House and back again.
Seb Diamond, a champion of the Montreal dance music scene, started Night Trackin' along with other Montreal natives Jacques Greene and DuVall back in early 2010. He'll be joining Jacques to round out the night with a special set.
This party has a very "full circle" feel for us and we hope it marks a new era in RINSED, needless to say we're excited as fuck for it.
