The ASU Art Museum has the honor of serving as the temporary home for an extraordinary (and extraordinarily large) 1968 work by Frank Stella. This painting, which belongs to a private collection, will be at the museum through the end of November. Don't miss it!
The ASU Art Museum, named “the single most impressive venue for contemporary art in Arizona” by Art in America, is part of the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University. The museum is located on the southeast corner of Mill Avenue and 10th Street in Tempe; admission is free. Free parking in the spaces in front of the Ceramics Research Center, at the northeast corner of Mill and 10th Street; sign your vehicle in at the desk in the lobby of the Museum. Hours are 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Tuesdays (during the academic year), 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and closed on Sundays and Mondays.
