ENCHANTED DRAWING II: ANIMATION ACROSS THE DISCIPLINES CONFERENCE

Enchanted Drawing II, organized by the Department of the History of Art and Institut für Kunst- und Bildgeschichte (IKB)
der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, picks up where March's Enchanted Drawing I in Berlin left off, exploring concerns
emerging from animation history. The conference will feature the work of scholars and practitioners from
a variety of fields: cinema and media studies, the history of science, art history, animation design,
science, gaming, engineering, medicine, and journalism.
The conference is free, but registration is required.

EXCURSUS III: OOGA BOOGA OPENING PROGRAM

Launch Excursus III with Ooga Booga
founder Wendy Yao and a rare performance by the band Freakapuss and other special guests. Located in Los Angeles,
Ooga Booga is a store committed to the cultivation and promotion of independent art, music, publishing,
and fashion. For Excursus III, Yao brings her collaborators to ICA for a series of workshops, events,
and pop-up exhibitions, inviting the public to come together, converse, and peruse printed matter and
