Dear Fellow Artists, Friends, Art Patrons, and LJAA Members,
Please join us at the La Jolla Art Association Gallery for an Artist Reception and an Award Ceremony for the 3rd Annual Black & White Juried Art Exhibition on Saturday, September 15th from 5 to 9 p.m. Awards will be announced at 6 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
This is one of our most celebrated annual juried exhibitions which brings in a few hundred people just for the reception night. This exhibition features selected unique original artwork created only with shades from back to white include painting, photography, printmaking, drawing, mixed medium, sculpture, etc...
This is that special night to celebrate our SoCal artists' creativity, skills, unique visions and our support and fellowship through fine art from individuals to communities. Your attendance enriches the experience of all and encourages the further support for the local arts as well as the rich 94 year history of the LJAA.
Enjoy the night with meeting the winning artists and exploring the wondrous world of original Southern California fine art!
The artwork in this exhibition are all for sale. It is a great opportunity to start or add your local artist's fine art collection. It can also be a one of a kind special gift to your friends, family and colleagues. Everybody wins when we support local artists!
Four Awards will be presented to those winning artists at 6 p.m.
1st place ($400), 2nd place ($200), 3rd place ($100), and Juror's Special Award of Recognition ($100)
